This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made via bileomix.com, including the Bileomix S’wipe Microbiome Test Kit and other products or services. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us clearly by emailing info@bileomix.com within this 30-day window.
The deadline for cancellation is 30 days from the date you received your order, or when a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return shipment. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement itself. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@bileomix.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items returned due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item) will not incur additional shipping costs.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
